• QRS can function in both roles, which accelerates the timeline and ensures a smooth transition into the construction phase.

• To maximize the effectiveness and value for the client, we require a letter of intent prior to starting services.​​

• Hiring us for both roles allows us to leverage vendors and suppliers, resulting in lower costs for the client.

​​

• Should QRS be hired for both consulting and as the GC, 50% of the consulting fee will be rebated back to the client at the conclusion of the project.

 

• For example, If client paid $3000 in consultant fees, then QRS would rebate $1500.
